Full-Service Coordination
We can plan your event from conception to debrief! This would include budget, timeline, vendors, venue, design, decor, visual suites, printing, catering, team management, seating charts, transportation, and logistics.
This service cost is a 15% rate based on the agreed overall budget (paid in 2 parts) and we require a booking minimum of 6 months prior to the event date.
Marketing, Registration, Ticketing, and custom Graphic Art Design are not included in this rate (and would be added a la carte as needed). We also will not pay invoices or sign contracts - these will be coordinated by us, but completed by you.
Partial Planning Services
Many organizations and events already have teams to get the details handled, but certain tasks remain unclaimed. Kohela has the experience, connections, and easy-going event specialists you need. We also have a convenient a la carte menu of services at great rates for a successful, less stressful event!
Day-Of Coordination
Do you have all the details planned out and organized for your upcoming event, but no one to run the show or put out fires that arise on the big day? Look no further than Kohela's Event Specialists!
Starting at $500 for up to 100 people and with a traditional task list. This service includes regular committee team meeting attendance, pre-event run through, timeline assistance, and basic vendor communications.
